Important information for customers

Sale of Goods

Goods once sold are not eligible for return or exchange merely due to a change of mind, except as permitted under applicable law or the Company's published return, replacement and refund policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under applicable law or the Company's policy, the customer may contact the Company for assistance, replacement or refund, as applicable.

Product Use and Safety

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions, directions, warnings and applicable precautions stated on the product packaging. Discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice if an adverse reaction occurs.

Taxes and Invoice Details

Prices, discounts and taxes are recorded as shown on the invoice. Any correction to invoice details or tax particulars shall be made in accordance with applicable law.

Failed Delivery & Re-delivery Charges

If delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect address, additional re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer, subject to applicable law. This excludes failures attributable to the Company or logistics provider.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This invoice and the transaction shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent consumer commissions and other statutory authorities, courts at Una, Himachal Pradesh, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the transaction.
